Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and devices secure.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to abuse promotions, evade a suspension or commit fraud is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity performed from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms.

3. Wallet and deposits

• Your wallet is store credit in naira. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
• Manual deposits are credited after an administrator verifies the payment received.
• BVN or NIN verification may be required by our payment partner to open a virtual deposit account.
• A deposit must come from an account in your name. Third-party or suspicious payments may be delayed or refused.
• Wallet balances cannot be transferred to another customer.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in naira and may change at any time before you place an order. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Purchases are paid from your wallet balance; the amount is debited once.

5. Orders and delivery

• Instant products deliver a code or content as soon as the order is paid, while stock is available.
• Static products deliver the same content to every buyer.
• Manual products are processed by our team. If an order is not delivered within the configured delay (72 hours by default), it may be refunded automatically.
• You must check that the product matches your needs before buying. Read the description and instructions carefully.
• Never share a code or credentials you receive. A delivered code is considered used and cannot be exchanged.

6. Refunds

If a product cannot be delivered, the amount is refunded to your wallet. Refunds are store credit; they are not paid out in cash unless required by law. A refund closes the order and cancels the right to the product.

7. Digital goods and third-party services

Some products are supplied by third parties (streaming platforms, gift-card issuers, social networks, telecom or virtual-number providers). Their own terms also apply. We are not responsible for a third party changing its rules, blocking an account or withdrawing a service after delivery, but we will help you find a fair solution when the problem is on our side.

8. Prohibited use

• Fraud, money laundering, stolen payment methods or chargeback abuse.
• Using the service to break the law, infringe rights or distribute malware.
• Attacking, scraping, overloading or attempting to bypass the security of the site.
• Reselling products where the supplier prohibits it, or presenting yourself as Demmy Plug.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the store available, but maintenance, provider outages or security incidents may interrupt it. We may add, change or remove a product, a payment method or a feature. We do not guarantee that every product will remain in stock.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Demmy Plug is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss caused by a third-party service. Our liability for a confirmed failure on our side is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, fraud or a legal obligation. Any remaining wallet balance will be handled in good faith, subject to the resolution of open orders and disputes.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve a disagreement amicably.
